IKOT ABASI GAS RECEIVING FACILITIES

The Ikot Abasi Gas Receiving Facilities (GRF) are designed to supply gas to the Akwa Ibom Power Plant and to the Aluminium Smelter Company of Nigeria (ALSCON). The capacity of the GRF will be 110 MMScfd with an additional swing load of 60 MMScfd initially and 350 MMScfd at the final stage. The GRF designed to meet customer specifications (pressure, temperature, super heat etc.) and includes a fiscal metering station with proving capabilities. Commissioning is planned in Q4 2010.
