UQUO – IKOT ABASI GAS EXPORT PIPELINE

The Uquo – Ikot Abasi gas export pipeline is designed to evacuate treated gas from the Uquo gasplant to the Ikot Abasi gas receiving facilities. The 60 km long, 18" pipeline crosses two major creeks and passes through swampy as well as dry terrain. It can accommodate 230 MMScfd of dry gas. Pigging facilities as well as emergency vents are part of the pipeline design. Commissioning is planned in Q4 2010.
